The challenge was to centralize these operations within an accessible, secure solution tailored to the needs of businesses in the DRC.

NTOPROG has developed NTPay, a platform that centralizes collections, payments, payouts, and refunds. It offers integration through APIs, payment links and QR codes, recurring and bulk payments, as well as transaction tracking in CDF and USD. It also supports standardized invoicing through the DGI’s e-MCF, e-commerce integrations, and enhanced security mechanisms to simplify the management of businesses’ financial operations.

The solution streamlines payment collection via APIs, payment links, and QR codes, automates recurring and scheduled payments, and improves transaction traceability.
